All our gift vouchers feature a unique voucher number, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable.

The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the voucher. No photocopies will be accepted. Advance bookings are necessary, please telephone our reservation team on 01469 561302 quoting you have a gift voucher. Cancellation of a booking with less than 72 hours before the day of arrival will render the voucher null & void.

Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
